Status: In 2009 warehouses in Samara, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don were opened. There is one new regional warehouse in Nizhny Novgorod, which was opened in November’2010

Status: Successfully launched DSD in Golden Ring, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don in 2009. We have launched DSD in Nizhny Novgorod in November 2010
Description: Increase share of outlets covered by our exclusive sales teams (rather than distributors mixed sales teams) from 20% to 50%
- Increased to 30%, now investing heavily to further increase share;
- 168 exclusive representatives; 55 SR will be transferred to Roust sales force Roust Inc. to by the end of 2010. 113 SRs and merchandisers will remain employees of distributors.
- Next steps: development of detailed plan for retail census launch; managing of achievement new targets & KPI’s by new instrument – CRM-system
