ational management definition
Inte
ational management is the practice of succeeding business operations in more than one country, region etc. Inte
ational Management specialists are easily recognized by knowing the culture, language, political environment, economics and business execution of countries in which multinational organizations actively invest and commerce. Moreover they have the theoretical, fact-finding and analytical skills which they need to develop impactful management policies and strategies to benefit the firm’s of the world competitive environment nowadays.
1.2. Approaches to inte
ational management
I found three existing in the world approaches to inte
ational management which is: ethnocentric, polycentric and geocentric. Each of them has its own advantages and disadvantages. So, let’s consider them.
The ethnocentric approach is one in which management uses the similar styles and practices that work in their own head office or home basic country. Such a method of working may keep managers open to damaging mistakes, because countries and their citizen have different mentality, habits and even working management rules, as an example, what works in the United States, is not relevant activity or work in Russia or Japan. We can find many cases in which companies made extremely serious errors when they tried to pass their management style to the company branch abroad.
In contrast to ethnocentric management is the polycentric management theory. In this way, management staffs are as many local people as possible in foreign countries. The theory means: local people know the host country's culture, language, and work standards better. Thereby, they are the most suitable candidates to manage this company. This method of staff selection works well in some countries but not in areas with developing economies. In my opinion, it is not the best approach because the employees may not always have needed...
Many years or even centuries ago people watched over conce
s and deals only in the local areas and could not think about border crossing. Nowadays anticompetitive corporations are an essential part of all the types of organizations. In our fast changing world they get more and more authority and power and it is very important to know what kind of person can lead such a big multinational company?
This research paper would be dedicated to what kinds of abilities and skills are required by a manager to perform efficiently in another country working in inte
ational organization.
First of all, it is necessary to recognize that an inte
ational manager is a specialist in running business in foreign different countries and managing all-inclusive stuff. He definitely has wide spectrum of responsibilities, roles and goals in contrast to a normal manager.
Managers should obey particular rules that help them be more successful at their career and also achieve the best results in the business today. The management functions help managers see the business planned activities with the ability to be easily understood and clarity.
Producing consumer goods, selling them and delivering services all over the world, since the 1980 s large companies have started to have a trend to think globally and scale up their mind. And obviously when companies start working at inte
ational business level they need qualified inte
ational managers who know more than one language and can have partnership with companies in different regions of this world.
Companies are beginning to identify that they need more educated and knowledgeable people for their inte
ational operations. They often have conce
s letting out qualified and experienced people from immediate activities with an eye to resource and manage recently created inte
ational factory (company). Indeed, the firm's global ideas and ambitions can be the reason of high-qualified personnel shortage.
Contemporary inte
ational managers will need to demonstrate a higher level of skill than those exhibited by the traditional manager in the past. They must be multilingual, sensitive to cultural differences, and knowledgeable about current global management theory, philosophy, psychology, and their practical applying. Obtaining the skills needed to become a successful inte
ational manager is a requiring, although necessary, process—especially since the global market will continue to extend for the ponderable future.
Thereby, managers of inte
ational organizations must realize the sphere of their working and area (country, region etc.).
It is extremely important that managers involved in inte
ational business and finally they recognize the opportunities available in different countries and do their functions according conditions that surround them.
Partnership, inte
ational companies collaboration, common managers’ trainings help the market to expand products and services all over the world.

ational leader functions, I can say that this person are different from the local manager, because she/he has a wide spectrum of knowledge and experience which help him to manage the companies on the inte
