The reorganization which is carried out now in China, has global character: from socialist economy by capitalism; from agrarian society to the industrial; from the power one person to the law power; from collectivist, ideological principles of the organization of society to individualistic and to materialistic installations. Similar global transformations are especially complicated in the country, where such big population density, ethnic and economic distinctions between regions are so considerable.
