The specificity of theatrical terminology usage in modern English

The study and description of terminological lexicon is one of the most important directions of lexicology and lexicography. Linguists appeal to this area in the theoretical and applied aspects caused both by the need for reflection and synthesis of accumulated research facts as well as the practical needs of a variety of special areas of knowledge.
The diploma paper’s main idea is the statement that English theatrical terminology can be used as a means of English teaching.
The rationale of this research is caused by several factors. First, it is the necessity of study and analysis of the specificity of theatrical terminology in mode
English system. Secondly, the relevance of research is related with the need to study the use of theatrical terminology as an extracurricular way of English teaching.

The data sources are represented by 400 theatrical terminology units that were selected from the dictionaries of theatre terms, specified in the list of references.

English system and study the feasibility of theatrical terminology using as an extracurricular way of English teaching.
