Short description of each product:
Inte
ational Exchange Program is divided into 2 types:
- Global Inte
ship Program (GIP) – professional exchanges abroad at companies
- Global Community Development Program (GCDP) – volunteer program abroad at schools, camps, kindergartens etc.
The main product of AIESEC which takes from 1,5 to 12 months.
Projects based on Exchange:
People can take any project they want to according to the organization opportunities and recourses.
It could be the project in outgoing sphere – send people abroad, select Russian students and recent graduates for inte
ship and create the Country to Country partnerships.
And students can lead their own project in incoming sphere negotiating with schools, camps and kindergadens and give the foreign students the opportunity to come her in Russia and teach young people English and another important to the world issues.
Recruitment:
New member’s recruitment -2 times per year.
Outgoing exchanges recruitment candidates – 3 times per year.

- Leadership topic’s events (YouLead, BreakPoint Forum)
- Vision(world’s trends), AdBreaker
The products focus is changed according to new tendencies in city, country or the world.


My work and Job Description
I was working for Outgoing Professional exchanges as Vice-President and I had a lot of JD:
- Department Management and its team management
- Country to Country Cooperations when the members from another countries understand our target audience in Saint-Petersburg and raise the companies according to our offers or vice versa
- Creation and leading the education for the department and new members
- Matching Exchange Participants with the companies abroad and help with visa processes

Nowadays the combination of studying and summer inte
ship is one of the most valued experiences students can get during the university time.
The companies’ recommendation letters and skills the person gains help in the future carrier right after the graduation.

ational student AIESEC organization for 2 years already and I chose this organization because it has a huge organizational structure and clear products, not just inte
ational activities. I can proudly say that it’s the business model of any inte
ational organizations but non-profit one.
I got the big personal and professional development without financial profit but with good experience behind.

AIESEC organization is developing rapidly and striving for 2015 goals achievement.
The members of AIESEC Inte
ational have a goal of 1 million experiences which the organization can provide you young people from 18 till 27 years old.
The companies started to take the advice and perceive the organization as global youth voice and use the organization economics influence on the companies and the gove
ment and it helps to be the first choice partner for the companies and the gove
ment.

ational and famous.
